Irina Ishak, JD

General Counsel

Irina Ishak joined Tonix Pharmaceuticals as General Counsel in December 2025. Ms. Ishak has over 25 years of experience in corporate legal and strategic leadership counsel in the life sciences, technology and banking industries. Prior to joining Tonix, she served at Lowenstein Sandler LLP for 12 years where she was outside general counsel, corporate secretary and advisor to public and private Life Sciences and Technology companies. Prior to Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Ishak served as a senior attorney and assistant corporate secretary at Savient Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Ishak began her career as a corporate associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.

Ms. Ishak hold a JD from the New York University School of Law and a BA with highest honors From Rutgers College.
